It is a hidden place in Parramos, because you cannot see inside, that there is a second floor. The carnitas are very good; The dish comes with onion, tortillas, radish, cabbage, guacamole, jalapeño and a drink, with a very low price. I recommend it one hundred percent.I feel like only the locals would know about this place, so it was fun to go here as a gringa! I think it's a hidden gem in Parramos. The carnitas plate is what I recommend. It's like 30Q ish and comes with a drink, onions, radishes, cabbage, guacamole, jalapeño, and tortillas. Give it a try if you're in Parramos!!

The red beans and chicharrones are a little different here. Most places have red beans with some chicharrones. This place has more chicharrones than red beans. It's delicious!

THE. BEST. The seasoning, the frying, the picked sides and onions. This place lives in my head when I'm back home. It's the top reason I come back to Guatemala (besides the culture)!
